Yoga for many years brought strength and much-needed balance to so many areas of my life. This inspired me to do my first teacher training (Hatha Yoga) in Singapore back in 2014. During this training, I was introduced to Meditation, Mindfulness and Yin yoga which took my own practice to an even deeper level. This created a great desire to explore these practices further through Yin Yoga teacher trainings and this also inspired me to become a Mindfulness Educator through NZ Mindful Schools.

I often pinch myself on the wild journey yoga has taken me and feel so grateful to be learning, offering and sharing these sacred ancient practices. Yoga is such a wonderful complement to our busy lives, where we are given the opportunity and space to unplug and really turn our attention inwards. My intention is share what I have learned in a fun and safe space where we can drop out of the busyness of everyday life and carve out some well deserved time for ourselves.

I feel very blessed over the past decade to have lived in several different countries. During these times I took the opportunity to learn, teach and experience some inspirational yoga/meditation/mindfulness classes, courses, workshops and retreats. A combination of these experiences and a burning desire to develop and learn more, has really helped me awaken my capacity to listen to my own essential nature. This has enhanced not just my physical health but also my state of being. As a teacher I am so grateful to offer and feel deeply called to share some of these new ways of being that have bought so much clarity, ease and grace to my life.
